Casaora Community Program

Real estate should strengthen the places it touches.

Casaora Cares is our local-impact program. It turns closings, volunteer time, and practical partnerships into visible support for the neighborhoods where Casaora buyers, brokers, and service professionals live and work.

How It Works

Built for local consequence, not abstract CSR.

The model is simple: keep support close to the closing, let local operators surface the need, and back the organizations that improve everyday life in the same neighborhoods Casaora serves.

A qualifying closing unlocks support

A portion of selected Casaora activity can be directed toward nearby community work.

Brokers nominate what matters most

People closest to the neighborhood identify the schools, shelters, and local groups with urgent needs.

Support stays close to home

Funding, volunteer time, and in-kind services are delivered in the same community the transaction touches.

Micro-grants

Fast support for immediate local needs.

Service days

Broker, team, and partner volunteer hours.

Home support

In-kind repairs and essential services.

Embedded in the transaction

The point of giving is not separate from the business. It lives inside the moment a move creates value.

Decided close to the ground

The people who know the block best help choose where support lands first.

Measured in places, not press releases

We care more about whether a neighborhood feels stronger than whether the program sounds impressive.

Support Starts Close to Home

A giving loop built around each move.

Casaora Cares translates the best ideas in community-led giving into a Paraguay-first program: smaller in scale, specific to each neighborhood, and tied to the people already guiding life-changing real-estate decisions.

Our first version focuses on a practical question: after a successful transaction, what support would most strengthen the surrounding community right now?

01

Close

Eligible Casaora activity creates room for targeted local giving instead of one-size-fits-all philanthropy.

02

Nominate

Brokers, service pros, and community partners surface the organizations and projects closest to the real need.

03

Deliver

Support arrives as funding, volunteer hours, or practical home services that can be felt quickly.

Why This Matters

"When people move through real estate, they also affect a street, a school, a row of small businesses, and a set of neighbors. Casaora Cares is our way to return some of that value to the place itself."

Casaora Founding Team

Where Support Goes First

Three priorities for stronger neighborhoods.

Casaora Cares starts intentionally narrow. We would rather fund visible local improvements than spread attention too thin across causes that feel distant from the neighborhoods we serve.

Housing stability

Short-term support for families navigating repairs, deposits, emergency moves, or urgent transitions into safer housing.

Neighborhood resilience

Cleanup days, shade and greening efforts, shared safety improvements, and hyper-local projects that make a block work better.

Education and local opportunity

School support, practical workshops, and small-scale help for the service businesses and community groups that hold neighborhoods together.

What Support Can Look Like

Cash, skilled work, and time.

A real-estate ecosystem can contribute more than a check. Casaora brokers, service professionals, and local partners can unlock practical work that improves daily life quickly and visibly.

Program criteria, partner review, and public reporting would all be published alongside the official launch.

Micro-grants for urgent neighborhood needs

Fast, focused support for trusted organizations handling immediate local pressure.

In-kind services from the Casaora network

Cleaning, electrical, plumbing, gardening, and repair work that directly improves homes and community spaces.

Volunteer days organized close to the closing

Broker teams and partners showing up for schools, shelters, kitchens, and neighborhood associations.

Potential Local Partners

  • Schools, teacher funds, and youth programs
  • Shelters and temporary housing groups
  • Neighborhood associations and civic organizers
  • Community kitchens, clinics, and service nonprofits

Next Step

Want to nominate a partner or shape the launch with us?

We are designing Casaora Cares to stay small enough to feel real and local enough to matter. If you know a community partner, broker team, or service group we should meet, start the conversation.
