Marketplace role

Casaora operates a real-estate marketplace. It helps buyers, renters, owners, brokers, investors, and service professionals connect under clearer standards, but it does not replace legal, tax, financial, survey, or inspection advice. Users remain responsible for final verification and transaction decisions.

Accounts and conduct

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and use Casaora lawfully. You may not scrape the platform, impersonate others, interfere with security, submit fraudulent listings or requests, or use Casaora to harass, spam, or mislead anyone.

Private Test the Market listings

Test the Market is a private owner workflow, not a public listing. Casaora may share limited property context with verified brokers, but exact private addresses remain hidden until the owner approves the next step. A private submission does not guarantee a buyer, broker engagement, or transaction.

Availability and changes

Casaora may update features, pricing, policies, integrations, and marketplace standards over time. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms, create user risk, or weaken marketplace integrity.
